between projects in ways lenders were not told.
He received:
fees.
Ethan received:
flexibility.
That was the scheme.
Not cinematic theft.
A sophisticated version of:

repay Peter later.
Federal law still cares what you told:

Ethan’s attorneys negotiated.
He eventually pleaded guilty to:
one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

He accepted responsibility for:

excluded from loss calculations
because money returned and services existed.
Others were not.

Ethan sold:

and part of his investment portfolio.
Holloway’s board suspended distributions from his family interest under:

his shares.

No evidence showed she knew the federal details.
