Helen pleaded guilty to false statements and facilitation.
She received two years of home confinement, probation, and restitution obligations.
Some called the sentence too light.
Rebecca did not measure healing by punishment alone.
The pension fund recovered most losses through seized assets, insurance, and company restructuring.
Employees kept jobs.
Caldwell Industrial became employee-owned.
Thomas’s name was removed.
Daniel joined no management role.
Rebecca refused ownership.
She accepted a temporary forensic oversight position, then left.
