Chapter 5 - The Offshore Ledger

Olga didn't yell. Her quietness was infinitely more terrifying than her father's aggressive roaring.
She turned the heavy navy binder around, holding it up in the bright lobby lighting. It wasn't a collection of graduation certificates. It was a massive, highly detailed, perfectly color-coded forensic financial ledger.
"Five million dollars, Jack," Olga explained flawlessly, entirely devoid of human mercy. "You transferred it out of my grandfather's estate exactly three days after his funeral. You funneled it through four different offshore shell companies before depositing it directly into Blake's private executive account to cover his massive, illegal gambling debts."
Blake let out a horrific, high-pitched gasp of pure, apocalyptic panic. He violently grabbed his mother's arm, completely terrified.
"She's bluffing!" Abigail shrieked wildly, her pearl earrings shaking as her entire multi-million-dollar high-society identity completely collapsed into dust. "Jack, tell her she's bluffing! We never touched her money!"
"I'm a Summa Cum Laude forensic accountant, Mother," Olga whispered coldly. "I don't bluff. I follow the wire transfers."
Jack stared at the highlighted routing numbers on the printed page. They were completely, undeniably accurate. They were the exact, highly classified bank accounts he had used to steal his daughter's entire future. He realized with absolute, breathtaking horror that Olga's master's thesis was literally a flawless, federally admissible audit of his own criminal enterprise.
"Give me that binder!" Jack roared fiercely, lunging forward like a feral animal to violently snatch the evidence right out of her hands.

👉 Jack realized he couldn't physically intimidate her anymore, and the vicious CEO immediately switched to a toxic manipulation tactic.
