Chapter 1 - The Silver Pin

The elegant, sunlit chapel was an absolute masterpiece. Sunlight poured through the magnificent stained-glass windows, casting colorful reflections over the crystal chandeliers and hundreds of pristine white roses.
Standing at the altar was Ethan, a handsome, thirty-five-year-old billionaire widower. He wore a perfectly tailored black tuxedo, a crisp white shirt, and a white rose boutonniere. His dark hair and rugged stubble framed a face that finally looked happy after years of grief.
Standing opposite him was Vanessa. The glamorous blonde bride wore a fitted white lace wedding gown with a delicately rounded, pregnant-looking belly.
Before the priest could even begin the vows, Ethan’s eight-year-old daughter, Nora, stepped out of the bridal party line.
Wearing a sleeveless ivory flower-girl dress, her long light-brown hair pinned with tiny white floral clips, she walked directly up the marble steps. She wasn't holding flowers. She was holding a tiny, sharp silver pin.
"Dad, please trust me," Nora whispered urgently, standing right in front of the bride.
Vanessa looked down. She noticed the gleaming silver pin in the little girl's hand, and her confident, radiant smile instantly collapsed into sheer, unadulterated panic.
Before Vanessa could step back, Nora carefully pressed the pin directly against the inflated fabric beneath the white lace gown.
Pop.
A sudden, soft pop and an unmistakable, violent hissing sound broke the dead silence of the chapel. The artificial silicone and air-filled belly visibly deflated, flattening completely against Vanessa’s waist.

Vanessa let out a horrified gasp, desperately clutching her suddenly flat stomach. Ethan stared at her in complete, paralyzing disbelief. The shocked wedding guests violently rose from their wooden pews in unison.
👉 Ethan took a step forward, completely unaware that the fake pregnancy was only the very beginning of the nightmare.
