Chapter 4 - The Father's Return

A sleek, custom-built Rolls Royce Phantom glided silently through the pouring rain, stopping just inches from where Elena was huddled on the ground.

The rear door opened immediately. A pair of expensive, polished leather shoes stepped directly into the deep puddles. A tall, imposing older man in a bespoke charcoal suit stepped out into the storm, completely ignoring the rain ruining his incredibly expensive clothes. He held a massive black umbrella, rushing forward with frantic, terrifying speed.

"Elena!" the man roared, his deep, commanding voice vibrating with pure terror and absolute fury.

He dropped to his knees in the mud, wrapping his warm, heavy suit jacket around Elena's freezing, pregnant body. He pulled her tightly into his chest.

It was Arthur Sterling. The reclusive, ruthless billionaire titan of Wall Street. A man who owned half the real estate in the city.

And he was Elena’s real father.

"Daddy..." Elena whispered weakly, her teeth chattering uncontrollably as she pressed her face into his warm chest. "He... he threw me out. He said the baby wasn't his."

Arthur’s eyes, normally sharp and calculating, filled with a dangerous, murderous rage as he looked up at the massive, glowing mansion of Richard’s estate. For three years, he had respected his daughter's wish to live a normal, anonymous life. He had stayed in the shadows, letting Richard play the big, powerful billionaire.

"I've got you, my sweet girl," Arthur vowed softly, effortlessly lifting his pregnant daughter into his arms and carrying her toward the waiting Rolls Royce. "And by tomorrow morning, that boy will not even have a sidewalk to sleep on."

👉 Richard was inside drinking champagne to his new freedom, entirely oblivious to the absolute monster he had just awakened.
