Chapter 7 - The Hidden Flash Drive

"You already lost the firm, Dad," Natalie whispered coldly, entirely devoid of human mercy.
Natalie reached under the heavy blue hospital blanket and pulled out a tiny, heavily encrypted digital flash drive.
The entire family was completely paralyzed. Owen’s jaw literally unhinged. The crushing magnitude of the revelation hit him with the physical force of a freight train.
"While you were drinking champagne at your sister's wedding rehearsal," Natalie explained flawlessly, ensuring her toxic parents heard every single devastating word, "I spent three days in this bed actively tracking the corporate wire transfers."
Her father physically stopped breathing. The warm holiday lights from the tiny Christmas tree suddenly felt incredibly freezing.
"You didn't just embezzle from your own firm, Dad," Natalie continued, her dark eyes locking entirely onto her terrified father. "You actively, maliciously laundered millions of dollars through Owen's private offshore accounts to hide the stolen money from the federal auditors."
"She's lying!" Owen roared aggressively, violently thrashing his arms as his entire multi-million-dollar empire completely collapsed into dust. "I never touched his money! She's completely bluffing!"

👉 Natalie handed the flash drive to the security officer, entirely ready to deliver the absolute execution order.
