Some were procedurally defective.
None automatically transferred the entire foundation to anyone.
The board restructured.
Vivian resigned.
Independent directors took control.
New audit requirements were adopted.
Related-party transactions required disclosure and outside approval.
The foundation continued.
Scholarships still went out.
Housing grants continued.
Children’s rehabilitation programs stayed funded.
That mattered to Ethan.
He refused to let Vivian’s misconduct become an excuse to burn down work that genuinely helped people.
Accountability did not require destruction.
