Chapter 8 - The Corporate Execution

Diane and Richard stumbled forward, their faces completely pale, shaking violently in their navy uniforms. They stopped right next to the weeping Caroline, fully expecting to be brutally terminated in front of the entire cabin.

"You both stood there and allowed her to humiliate a passenger," Olivia stated coldly, staring them down. "You aggressively enforced a dress code that doesn't exist in our corporate policy."

"We're sorry, Ms. Sterling!" Diane wept, tears ruining her makeup. "She's the lead attendant! We have to follow her orders or she writes us up!"

Olivia analyzed them. She had reviewed the internal HR files before boarding. She knew Caroline ruled her junior staff with an iron fist, constantly bullying and threatening them into submission.

"I know she does," Olivia replied smoothly. "Which is why you two aren't fired."

Diane and Richard gasped, completely stunned.

"But you are officially on probation," Olivia commanded with absolute authority. "If I ever hear a single report of you treating an economy passenger with disrespect, I will personally ensure you never work in aviation again. Do you understand me?"

"Yes, ma'am! Absolutely!" they both chimed in, weeping tears of pure, unadulterated relief.

Olivia turned her lethal gaze back down to Caroline, who was still sobbing pathetically on the floor.

"You, however, are terminated. Effective immediately," Olivia announced flawlessly, completely commanding the room. "And because you physically threatened a passenger and attempted to forcefully remove them without cause, I am having corporate security escort you directly to the airport police."

👉 Caroline screamed in apocalyptic terror as the corporate guards stepped forward to deliver her final humiliation.
