Jonathan Reed cooperated after federal agents searched his office.

He admitted filing the sealed petition without speaking to Arthur or Madeline.

He admitted accepting Eleanor’s affidavits without verification.

He admitted using a retired judge who owed the Collins family money.

He denied knowing about the fertility transfer.

Then agents found billing entries.

PRESCOTT BIOTECH SUCCESSION MATTER.

Jonathan had reviewed embryo-transfer documents.

Arthur confronted him privately.

Jonathan said, “I thought distance protected you.”

“From what?”

“A fight with your mother that could destroy the company.”

Arthur laughed.

Jonathan looked down.

“I was loyal.”

“No. You were useful.”
