Chapter 7 - The Tactical Breach

"Take Charlotte into the secure panic room," Vincent commanded in the penthouse, entirely shifting from a shocked father into the ruthless, undisputed king of the syndicate.

Elena immediately grabbed Charlotte’s hand and rushed toward the heavy, reinforced steel door hidden flawlessly behind the mahogany bookshelf.

Vincent didn't wait for them to secure the room. He pulled his heavily encrypted cell phone from his tailored black suit. He dialed his Head of Security, a massive, fiercely loyal enforcer who managed his private, untraceable tactical teams.

"Lock down the city," Vincent ordered, his voice echoing perfectly across the empty office. "The corporate attorney at the funeral. The entire executive board of Dominic's tech firm. I want every single one of them found, detained, and brought to the warehouse by midnight."

"Yes, Boss. What are the charges?" the enforcer asked over the line.

"They murdered Dominic," Vincent stated clinically, completely devoid of human mercy. "And they actively threatened my daughter."

Within thirty minutes, the heavy, soundproof doors of the VIP steakhouse were violently kicked open.

Vincent’s heavily armed tactical teams moved with blinding, flawless precision. Six massive men in tactical gear stormed into the private dining room. They didn't shout. They didn't read anyone their rights.

The corporate attorney let out a horrific, high-pitched scream as a massive enforcer violently grabbed him by the collar of his expensive grey suit, dragging him aggressively across the dining table. Crystal champagne flutes shattered onto the floor as the corrupt board members were brutally ripped from their chairs.

👉 Midnight struck, and the terrified men found themselves kneeling on freezing concrete, waiting for the devil to arrive.
