Chapter 8 - The Banishment

Four massive, heavily armed syndicate guards stormed out of the private elevator, their weapons drawn.
They saw their boss standing over the weeping daughter of a rival family. They saw the shattered glass and the blood on the floor.
"Strip her," Dante commanded coldly, not taking his eyes off the pathetic monster.
The guards stepped forward. They violently ripped the expensive diamond necklace off Bianca's throat. They confiscated her phone and her keys, completely stripping her of her high-society armor.
"Throw her in the trunk of the car," Dante ordered. "Drive her to the state line. Throw her out on the highway with absolutely nothing. If her family tries to retaliate, execute them all."
"No! Please! Dante!" Bianca screamed hysterically, thrashing in the ruined red gown as the massive guards violently hauled her to her feet.
They dragged her backward toward the elevator. Her desperate, humiliating cries echoed through the penthouse until the steel doors slid shut, completely swallowing her toxic existence into violent ruin forever. The threat was entirely neutralized. Her empire was ashes.
The chaotic, violent energy evaporated from the foyer, leaving only the sound of the cold wind blowing through the open front doors.
Dante took a slow, heavy breath. The terrifying executioner vanished instantly.
