Mr. Sterling stepped flawlessly into the grand foyer, entirely unbothered by the shocked couple.
"I represent Vanguard Holdings," Mr. Sterling announced smoothly, holding up a stamped, certified legal document. "We are the legal corporate owners of this estate. And you are officially trespassing."
Theo physically staggered backward, laughing nervously. "What? No! I own Vanguard Holdings! That's the holding company my investors set up to purchase this house for me! I am the CEO!"
"You are a severely deluded man," Mr. Sterling corrected ruthlessly, his voice echoing off the vaulted ceilings.
"Vanguard Holdings was established ten years ago by my client, Camila," Mr. Sterling explained, watching the blood violently drain from Theo's handsome face. "She entirely funded your failing tech startup through anonymous shell companies to protect your fragile ego. Your 'investors' never existed, Theo. It was just your mother's money."
Khloe let out a high-pitched, horrified gasp, clutching her robe as if she were choking.
"That's a lie!" Khloe shrieked from the background, her smug entitlement completely shattering. "Camila doesn't have any money! She lives on social security! She's a nobody!"

"Camila sold a tech patent for two hundred million dollars before she ever retired," Sterling stated coldly. "She owns this house. She owns your cars. She owns your company. And as of midnight, she has completely liquidated all of it."
