Chapter 10 - The True Family

The bright, beautiful morning sunlight poured through the high arched windows, illuminating a house finally filled with absolute peace.
Maria stood near the mahogany doors, wearing a sharp, elegant blouse instead of a maid's uniform, radiating absolute health, power, and undeniable confidence as she managed the household staff.

Dominic was sitting at his massive desk, wearing a relaxed, comfortable sweater instead of a dark suit. He was completely disarmed and at peace, carefully going over corporate files.

She was happily drawing a colorful picture, completely comfortable in the presence of the city's most powerful man.

Dominic smiled, looking at the little girl who had completely changed his life.
