Chapter 8 - The Financial Guillotine
"Initiate the hostile takeover of Camilla's father's real estate firm," Dominic ordered his Chief Financial Officer, putting the phone on speaker so Camilla could hear her absolute devastation.
"No! Dominic, I beg of you! My family has nothing to do with this!" Camilla shrieked, clawing frantically at the legs of his black trousers.
"Liquidate their stock," Dominic continued ruthlessly, completely ignoring her pathetic pleas. "Call in every single one of their corporate debts. Freeze their offshore supply chains. I want her family completely bankrupt, destitute, and stripped of every asset they own by the time the market opens tomorrow morning."
"Understood, Boss," the CFO replied. "The transfer is complete. They are entirely insolvent."
Camilla physically sagged against the marble floor, her entire toxic existence turning to ash. She had just cost her family their billionaire legacy. They were permanently, completely ruined.
She had tried to kill a child for a fortune, and in return, she had lost absolutely everything.
Dominic looked down at her with absolute disgust. He signaled to two of his bodyguards.
"Strip her," Dominic commanded coldly.
The guards stepped forward. They violently ripped the expensive diamond necklace from Camilla’s throat. They confiscated her designer clutch, her phone, and tore the massive diamond engagement ring off her finger.

"Throw her out the service entrance," Dominic ordered, his voice echoing with absolute authority. "Leave her on the street with nothing. If she ever contacts this family again, I won't be this merciful."
