Chapter 3 - The Missing Millions

Arthur didn't scream. He didn't shatter a vase. The absolute, titanium fury radiating from his posture was infinitely more terrifying.

"Take Camila into the kitchen," Arthur commanded softly, his voice a freezing, lethal frequency. "Eat whatever you want from the private pantry. Both of you."

Rosa nodded frantically, grabbing her daughter's hand and rushing toward the back of the mansion.

Arthur didn't go upstairs to confront his wife immediately. He was a ruthless, brilliant CEO. He didn't operate on emotion; he operated on undeniable, airtight data.

He walked swiftly into his massive, heavily secured private study, locking the heavy mahogany doors behind him. He booted up his encrypted corporate laptop and bypassed the standard household ledger, logging directly into the master trust account that Victoria managed for the estate's expenses.

What he saw on the glowing screen made his blood run absolutely ice cold.

Victoria hadn't just stopped paying Rosa. She had stopped paying the entire landscaping crew, the private security detail, and the estate’s property taxes for the last three months.

But the money hadn't stayed in the master trust.

Arthur tracked the massive outgoing wire transfers. Exactly four million dollars had been systematically siphoned out of the household account and funneled directly into a highly encrypted, offshore shell corporation based in the Cayman Islands.

Victoria wasn't just being a cruel, stingy elite wife. She was actively, aggressively embezzling millions of dollars from his personal fortune.

And she was using the poor, hardworking staff as a buffer to hide the missing cash.
