Chapter 10 - The Ultimate Justice

Six months later, the dark, heavy shadows of manipulation and cruelty were permanently banished from Sloane's life.

Delphine was officially sentenced to eight years in a state penitentiary for aggravated assault. Without her high-society status, her designer gowns, and her wealthy fiancé, she became entirely invisible, rotting in a concrete cell while the world completely forgot her name.

Una and Garrison were given heavy probation and massive fines, but their punishment was far worse than jail. Sloane legally evicted them from the historic luxury estate. Completely bankrupt and alienated from the elite society they once ruled, her parents were forced to move into a tiny, rundown apartment, entirely ruined and humiliated.

Sloane completely transformed.

The fall had caused severe spinal shock, which temporarily paralyzed her, but her rigid medical brace had miraculously saved her spinal cord from completely severing. After months of grueling, intense physical therapy, she was finally walking again without the brace.

She didn't hide in the shadows of her family's cruelty anymore.

She stood on the beautiful upper balcony of her grand historic estate, wearing a stunning, tailored power suit, looking out over the pristine white marble patio. The estate was entirely hers, peaceful, quiet, and fiercely protected. She had completely revolutionized her corporate business, surrounded by loyal friends who respected her undeniable strength and courage.

She had survived the absolute worst betrayal imaginable and emerged completely, undeniably victorious.
