Chapter 10 - The Perfect Justice
"Throw him out," Sam commanded coldly, not even looking at the weeping monster on the floor.
The four massive, heavily armed corporate security guards immediately marched forward. They violently grabbed Tyler by the arms, forcefully hauling him to his feet. Tyler screamed and cried in total, undeniable disgrace as he was dragged aggressively backward out of the grand ballroom, completely stripped of his fake wealth, his pride, and his high-society future.
The toxic, arrogant energy was entirely dragged out of the room.
The heavy mahogany doors slammed shut, plunging the ballroom back into a profound, heavy peace. The remaining wealthy guests were completely terrified into absolute silence, staring at the billionaire titan in the center of the room.
Sam turned his back on the crowd. The cold, ruthless apex predator completely vanished.
He walked slowly back to Audrey. She was still sitting in her wheelchair in her beautiful dark green dress, wiping tears of profound joy from her eyes. He didn't just give her a dance; he had completely secured her family's entire future and destroyed her greatest bully.
"I apologize for the disruption," Sam smiled softly, a genuine, breathtaking warmth returning to his handsome face. "Where were we?"
Audrey laughed, a beautiful, confident sound, and reached her hand back into his. She had survived the absolute worst humiliation imaginable and emerged completely, undeniably victorious.
