Chapter 25 - the warehouse siege

The massive warehouse erupted into absolute, deafening chaos. The Obsidian Ring mercenaries panicked, firing their assault rifles wildly into the thick smoke pouring through the shattered entrance. But they couldn't see their targets. The apex predators were already inside.
Emily and her elite enforcers advanced aggressively through the chaotic crossfire, their tactical maneuvers completely flawless. Every shot they fired found its mark, neutralizing the threats with absolute, millimeter-precise accuracy.
The outnumbered thugs realized they weren't fighting ordinary corporate guards, but highly trained syndicate executioners. Bullet casings rained onto the cold concrete floor like metallic hail.
Within three agonizing minutes, the entire mercenary strike team was completely disarmed, defeated, and bleeding on the ground.
Emily walked slowly through the dissipating smoke, her tailored suit immaculate, her weapon aimed perfectly at the chest of the surviving lieutenant. He scrambled backward, completely paralyzed by the overwhelming, majestic authority of the woman standing over him.
