Chapter 1 - The Embrace

The luxurious penthouse wedding venue was a breathtaking masterpiece of extreme wealth. Bright daytime lighting flooded through floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the stunning Chicago skyline. Massive crystal chandeliers reflected perfectly off the highly polished marble floor. Dozens of elite guests in formal attire milled about, sipping champagne, waiting for the ceremony to begin.
But near the massive floral archway, a devastating, cinematic betrayal was unfolding in plain sight.
Elizabeth, a beautiful bride in her mid-twenties, stood frozen in the foreground. She wore a flawless, backless white lace wedding gown, her blonde hair pinned in an elegant updo. She gripped her white rose bouquet so tightly her knuckles were stark white. Her realistic micro-expressions shifted from confusion to absolute, paralyzing heartbreak.
Just twenty feet away, her groom, Sebastian, was locked in a very close, intimate embrace with another woman.
Sebastian was a fiercely handsome billionaire in his late thirties. He wore a sharp black suit with his white shirt slightly unbuttoned. And he wasn't hugging a relative.
He was holding Victoria.
Victoria was a woman in her thirties with long wavy blonde hair. She was blatantly disrespecting the wedding by wearing a plunging red silk evening gown with a thigh-high slit.
A tight close-up captured Victoria’s face. She rested her manicured hand directly on Sebastian's chest, looking up at him with a desperate, deeply possessive gaze.

"Sebastian, I need you," Victoria whispered, completely ignoring the fact that his bride was standing right behind them.
