Chapter 1 - The Morning Humiliation

The luxurious open-concept living room was flooded with bright, blinding daylight. Highly polished marble floors reflected the towering, curved sweeping staircase, creating an atmosphere of staggering, untouchable wealth. But the pristine elegance of the grand foyer was completely ruined by the heavy, black designer luggage stacked aggressively near the entrance.
Rachel, a beautiful woman in her forties with long wavy blonde hair, sat completely still on the pristine white sofa. She wore a luxurious, flowing white silk robe, radiating a quiet, unbothered calm. Resting on the expensive glass coffee table in front of her was a thick stack of legal documents.
Standing just a few feet away was her husband, Victor.
Victor was in his fifties, devastatingly handsome, wearing a tailored dark suit with an unbuttoned white shirt. He stood next to his packed black luggage, completely furious that his wife wasn't throwing a hysterical, weeping tantrum.
Clinging possessively to Victor’s arm was Elise, his thirty-something mistress. She wore a glamorous, skin-tight red evening dress with a high slit, looking entirely out of place in the bright morning light.
A medium cinematic shot captured Victor throwing his hands up in absolute, toxic frustration. He gestured aggressively toward the woman sitting calmly on the sofa.
"Are you really doing this?" Victor demanded, his voice dripping with arrogant, impatient annoyance. "You’re just going to sit there and ignore me?"

Rachel didn't flinch. A tight close-up captured her perfect, unbothered composure. She completely ignored his outburst, her eyes slowly scanning the divorce papers on the glass table. She didn't scream, and she didn't cry.
👉 Victor assumed she was in shock, completely unaware that his wife was about to execute a flawless corporate slaughter.
