Chapter 10 - The Unbreakable Empire

Six months later, the nightmare was entirely over.

Kayla’s massive thirty-six-thousand-dollar debt went straight to collections, completely destroying her credit score. She was forced to move into a tiny, rundown, bug-infested apartment on the outskirts of the city, working a minimum-wage retail job just to survive. Her "influencer career" completely vanished.

Diane tried to sue Rachel for emotional distress, but without any money for a lawyer, the case was immediately thrown out by a judge who laughed at her entitlement.

Rachel never spoke to them again.

She expanded her digital marketing agency, doubling her profits now that she wasn't constantly bleeding money to support her parasitic family. She managed her massive new condo with absolute grace, fierce independence, and undeniable compassion for the friends who actually supported her.

She didn't need her toxic mother or her entitled sister. She was the absolute queen of her own empire.

The dark shadows of manipulation, financial abuse, and betrayal were permanently banished from Rachel's life, replaced by a kingdom built on absolute power, undeniable courage, and perfect justice.

If you were Rachel, would you have warned your sister about the security deposit, or was letting her sign the lease and immediately go bankrupt the absolute perfect revenge?
