Julian’s attorney called the entire case a marital misunderstanding.
He said the second passport had been planted.
He said Emma authorized every transaction.
He said the airport confrontation proved she was violent and unstable.
Video showed Emma striking Olivia and punching Julian.
Without context, the images looked damaging.
Julian released a public statement.
