Chapter 6 - Bianca Planned to Become the Woman Who “Discovered” Noah’s Neglect

The plan was not to make Noah look abused forever.
Only long enough.
Bianca’s private notes revealed the narrative she intended to create after the wedding.
Week one:
Express concern about Noah’s clothing.
Week two:
“Discover” food insecurity behaviors.
Week three:
Encourage Rocco to consult a child therapist.
If Rocco resisted:
Document him as dismissive.
If he agreed:
Present the therapist with photographs collected before marriage.
Then, if the relationship failed, Bianca could claim she entered the marriage without knowing the household was unsafe and immediately tried to protect Noah.
She would become the responsible adult.
Rocco would become the wealthy father who ignored obvious signs of neglect.
And Noah—
the actual victim—
would become supporting evidence.
It was grotesque.
But clever enough to work temporarily if nobody knew Bianca had created the conditions herself.
She never expected Evelyn to photograph her records.
She never expected Rocco home early.
And she certainly never expected him to walk into the kitchen while she was forcing Noah to kneel beside food.

That one moment destroyed months of preparation.
