Chapter 55 - the alpine snare

Marcus took the bait exactly as Clara had calculated. He boarded a private jet to Switzerland, but he never went to the Geneva vault. He diverted his route, traveling deep into the freezing, snowy peaks of the Swiss Alps, heading directly toward the fortified compound.

He thought he was delivering the ultimate prize to his shadowy masters. He was completely unaware that the encrypted drive did not contain access codes. It contained a devastating, highly sophisticated, military-grade cyber-virus designed personally by Clara.

The moment the Silencers' tech operatives plugged the drive into their isolated mainframe, the trap snapped shut with catastrophic finality. The virus didn't just lock them out; it violently surged through their closed network, melting their expensive hardware from the inside out.

Simultaneously, the virus transmitted the exact GPS coordinates of the hidden compound directly to Elias’s encrypted tactical tablet.
