Chapter 13 - the digital warroom

Nathan marched into the command room, his face a mask of absolute, unyielding stone. He was a seasoned billionaire who operated alongside Grace as a flawless, highly lethal unit. They moved with absolute, unspoken synchronization.
Grace didn't rely on outside federal agencies or slow government protocols. She utilized the deep, hidden cyber-intelligence network Nathan had quietly cultivated over the years. She summoned an elite, ghost-like squad of brilliant, entirely untraceable hackers.
"They think they locked us out of the vault," Grace whispered, her fingers flying across the glowing encrypted tablet with blinding, cinematic speed. "But they just locked themselves onto our private server. I am bypassing the compromised mainframe right now."
"They are routing their IP addresses through proxy servers in Europe," Nathan analyzed, watching the massive digital monitors. "But Alistair’s primary attack algorithm has a microscopic flaw. It's far too aggressive."

"Use that aggression against him," Nathan commanded softly, his voice dropping into a lethal register. "Build a digital trap. Let him think he's breaching our financial accounts, and then lock him completely inside."
