Chapter 6 - The Coward's Demand

"I... I didn't know who she was," the businessman choked out, profound panic actively destroying his arrogant mind.

But instead of apologizing, his toxic, deeply ingrained corporate ego violently took over. He couldn't handle being publicly humiliated in front of the other millionaires. He aggressively stood up in his window seat, pointing his finger at the Captain.

"It doesn't matter who she used to be!" the businessman shrieked wildly. "I am a Platinum Medallion member! I fly this route every single week! I paid ten thousand dollars for this seat, and I am telling you that her metal leg is taking up my designated foot space!"

The Captain slowly turned around.

His dark, lethal eyes locked entirely onto the trembling millionaire. The polite respect he had just shown the General completely vanished, violently replaced by a cold, demonic fury.

"Sir," the Captain stated clinically, entirely devoid of human mercy. "Are you demanding that I relocate a Four-Star General to accommodate your briefcase?"

"Yes!" the businessman yelled, completely losing his mind. "Move her to economy! I have a massive corporate merger in London tomorrow morning! If I am uncomfortable on this flight, I will personally ensure this airline goes bankrupt!"
