Chapter 10 - The New Alliance

The bright, beautiful winter sun reflected off the freezing water of the massive harbor.
Luca Belandi stood on the pristine wooden docks of the newly renovated harbor front estate. He wasn't wearing a sharp black suit. He wore a heavy, comfortable wool coat, breathing in the fresh, freezing air with absolute health, power, and undeniable peace.
He wasn't standing alone.

They weren't rivals anymore. The legal transfer of the land had forged a profound, unbreakable mutual respect between them, and their two families had slowly merged into the most powerful, highly legitimate corporate alliance in the city.
