Thomas stood tall on the altar. He reached into the inner pocket of his gray suit.

He didn't pull out a handkerchief. He pulled out a thick, legally binding, heavily notarized document.

"You aren't my heir anymore, Adrian," Thomas whispered lethally.

He held up the Last Will and Testament for the entire crowd to see.

"I met with my estate lawyers yesterday morning," Thomas revealed, his eyes locking onto his terrified son. "I had a feeling that marrying a woman who treats the working class like garbage was going to bring out the absolute worst in you. I just didn't expect you to prove me right before you even said your vows."

Celeste’s eyes widened in sheer, paralyzing terror. She realized she had just married into a billionaire family, only to get them completely disinherited on day one.

"I have officially rewritten my Will," Thomas announced clearly. "Every single asset, every penny of the company, and every piece of real estate is now in an irrevocable trust. When Evelyn and I pass, the entire billion-dollar estate goes directly to several vetted charities."

Adrian let out a horrific, blood-curdling scream of pure despair. The hundreds of millions of dollars he had felt so entitled to had just vanished into thin air.
