Chapter 8 - The Security Breach
Adrian realized his entire life had violently collapsed into dust. He had no wife, no job, no penthouse, and no inheritance.
The arrogant, composed groom was completely gone, replaced by an unhinged, feral coward. He looked up at his father, his eyes burning with pure, demonic hatred.
"You ruined my life!" Adrian roared.
With a sudden burst of violent adrenaline, Adrian lunged up from the grass, charging directly at the altar with his fists clenched, intending to physically attack his own father.
But Thomas didn't even flinch.
Before Adrian could even reach the first step, two massive, heavily armed private security contractors stepped out from behind the floral arrangements. They had been hired to protect the estate, but now they were protecting the owner.
The lead guard effortlessly grabbed Adrian by his suit jacket, violently slamming him face-first onto the pristine white altar.
"Get off me!" Adrian screamed, thrashing wildly.
"Stay down," the guard barked, pinning him effortlessly.
Thomas looked down at his struggling son. He felt absolutely zero human empathy for the monster he had raised.

"Remove him from my property," Thomas commanded smoothly. "If he tries to come back inside the estate to get his things, call the police and have him arrested for criminal trespassing."
