Chapter 5 - The Stolen Drive
"I am so incredibly sorry, sir!" Hannah panicked loudly, playing the role of the terrified, clumsy waitress perfectly as she scrambled to wipe the ruined documents with a cloth napkin.
Dominic didn't accept her apology. His dark eyes flashed with pure, unadulterated fury. He aggressively grabbed Hannah’s wrist, his massive fingers digging painfully into her skin.
"You stupid, clumsy trash," Dominic snarled, completely abandoning his sophisticated mafia persona.
But before Dominic could hurt her, Caleb violently stood up.
The submissive, silent son was completely gone. Caleb grabbed his father's wrist with shocking, crushing strength, forcefully ripping Dominic's hand away from Hannah. During the chaotic, aggressive scuffle, Caleb’s hand perfectly, invisibly slipped into Dominic's inner suit pocket.
Caleb stepped between Hannah and his furious father, completely shielding her. With his hand hidden behind his back, Caleb slid a tiny, encrypted black flash drive directly into the pocket of Hannah's black apron.
Caleb looked over his shoulder and signed one frantic command to her: Kitchen. Run.

"Get her out of my sight!" Dominic screamed at the restaurant manager, wiping wine off his chest. "Lock the doors! Nobody leaves this building!"
👉 Hannah sprinted away from the table, completely terrified of what the mafia boss would do when he realized he had been robbed.
