Chapter 6 - Alessandro Had Signed One Document He Never Fully Read

The problem began when Alessandro signed a preliminary consent eight weeks before the wedding.
He was distracted.
Wedding planning.
Business travel.
Livia had been sick.
Bianca put a folder in front of him and said:
“It just lets the planners coordinate the estate after the wedding.”
He skimmed it.
Signed.
That signature authorized due diligence for restructuring management rights.
Not the final transfer.
But enough for Bianca to start acting as though the future was settled.
She hired designers.
Ordered furniture.
Discussed staff changes.
Then Rosalie found something alarming.
A floor plan of the estate.
Livia’s nursery had been relabeled:
Future Guest Dressing Room.
Rosalie photographed it.
Then called someone Alessandro had almost forgotten was still involved.
May you like
The independent trustee.
