Chapter 48 - the unbreakable bond

Noah hugged his mother tightly, burying his face in her shoulder. "You saved me again, Mom," he whispered, his voice thick with profound emotion. "You never stopped fighting for me."

Emily pulled back, wiping a tear from his cheek, her smile radiant and full of fierce, unconditional love. "I will never stop fighting for you, Noah. You are my son. Nobody touches my family."

Michael stepped forward, pulling Noah into a massive, incredibly warm embrace. The two men didn't need words. The profound respect and unbreakable loyalty between the former mafia boss and his brilliant heir were absolutely absolute.

They drove back to the peaceful countryside estate, where Noah's wife and little Michael Jr. were waiting. The little boy ran across the lush green lawn, launching himself into Noah's waiting arms with a joyous, ringing laugh.
