Chapter 7 - The Wife's Revenge

The cinematic realism of the terrifying, emotional tension completely electrified the bakery.

Victoria didn't scream. She didn't cry. The arrogant, toxic wealthy wife completely vanished, violently replaced by a terrifying, untouchable apex predator. She looked down at the pathetic, weeping monster on the floor with pure, unfiltered disgust.

"You stole money from a deaf infant to buy my engagement ring?" Victoria asked coldly, her voice echoing with a freezing, lethal frequency.

"I didn't know!" Theo sobbed hysterically, crawling desperately toward his wife's white fur coat. "Victoria, please! I'll pay for the surgery right now! I'll give them everything! Just don't tell your father!"

"My father already hates you, Theo," Victoria whispered smoothly.

Victoria reached into her designer handbag. She didn't pull out a tissue. She pulled out her incredibly heavy, encrypted corporate smartphone.

"Dad," Victoria said clearly into the phone, ensuring the entire bakery heard every single word. "Theo is a fraud. He has two secret children, and he embezzled money from a disabled infant to fund his lifestyle. Freeze his executive accounts immediately. Terminate his contract. And call the federal fraud division."

"No!" Theo shrieked wildly, violently thrashing his arms as his entire multi-million-dollar empire completely collapsed into dust in a matter of seconds.
