To crush the Scorpion Gang, Emma couldn't use the authorities. They had the money and power to bribe the police into silence. She had to deal with them using the most ruthless rules of the dark world itself.
Using the hard drive recovered from the cyberattack, Emma scanned all the data traffic and discovered their fortified underground base located right beneath a dilapidated industrial zone on the outskirts of the city. An impenetrable steel fortress.
The next night, Emma, Thomas, and a special task force carefully handpicked by him silently surrounded the area. The heavy rain continued to fall, becoming the perfect curtain sheltering their secret descent deep underground.
The fingerprint and retinal security systems were easily bypassed by Thomas thanks to a sophisticated decryption device. The steel door slowly opened, revealing a massive control room containing dozens of servers.
