Chapter 27 - the deadly finishing blow
Viktor burst into laughter, tossed his weapon aside, and stepped out to fight. He was confident in his massive physique and brutal combat skills. He drew a long dagger, intending to stab it straight into Emma's chest.
But Thomas didn't let that happen. He charged in at the speed of light, parrying the knife away and delivering a thunderous punch straight to Viktor's ribs. The sound of cracking bones echoed; Viktor staggered back, clutching his side.
Giving him no time to breathe, Thomas stormed in like a tornado. Fatal combat strikes were continuously unleashed: elbows, knees, joint locks. Viktor was completely overwhelmed by the frenzy and extreme precision of the security director.
He roared, intending to draw the gun hidden in his boot, but Thomas was a beat faster. With a perfect spinning move, he kicked the gun away, simultaneously delivering a devastating knife-hand strike to the back of his neck. Viktor collapsed to the floor, completely unconscious.

Thomas stood panting over the body of the enemy, his chest heaving fiercely. The greatest threat had truly been completely defeated.
