Chapter 27 - the deadly finishing blow

Viktor burst into laughter, tossed his weapon aside, and stepped out to fight. He was confident in his massive physique and brutal combat skills. He swung a crushing punch straight at my face, intending to take me down instantly.

But he severely underestimated a girl who used to deliver goods in rainstorms. I dodged the strike with the speed of lightning, using the momentum to deliver a thunderous kick to his ribs. A cracking sound echoed; Viktor staggered back, clutching his side.

Giving him no time to breathe, I charged in like a tornado. Fatal Krav Maga strikes were continuously unleashed: elbows, knees, joint locks. Viktor was completely overwhelmed by the frenzy and extreme precision of a fire of hatred that had smoldered for ten years.

He roared, intending to draw the dagger hidden in his boot, but I was a beat faster. With a perfect spinning move, I kicked the knife away, simultaneously delivering a devastating knife-hand strike to the back of his neck. Viktor collapsed to the floor, completely unconscious.
