Chapter 29 - the quiet reflection

On a warm, beautiful autumn evening, Elena walked alone through the expansive, blooming rose gardens of the estate. The setting sun cast a breathtaking, fiery golden glow across the peaceful horizon.
She gently touched a white rose, reflecting on the incredible, arduous journey of her life. From a brave young maid kneeling on a marble floor, to the revered matriarch of a global philanthropic dynasty, she had survived the impossible.
She thought of Alessandro, who had traded his underworld crown for a chance at redemption. His fierce, protective love still lingered in the air, a silent guardian watching over their magnificent, unbroken family.
Alessandro walked down the stone path to join her, carrying two cups of warm tea. He handed one to his wife, his expression incredibly gentle. "You changed the world, Elena," Alessandro said softly, looking out at the beautiful garden.
