They mobilized their elite, shadow-enforcer tactical unit, outfitting them with advanced thermal optics and heavy tactical gear. The twins suited up in matching black tactical suits, their hair pulled back tightly, radiating an untouchable, lethal aura.
"Victor thinks he can terrorize our city," Ruby stated coldly, checking the magazine of her assault rifle. "We are going to show him what real terror looks like."
