Instead, the trap snapped shut with devastating, catastrophic finality. Sophie’s viral counter-code didn't just lock the AI out; it violently surged back through its own connection, systematically destroying the incredibly expensive hardware of the Elysium cabal.
"We have their physical location, Ruby," Sophie announced, her voice ringing with absolute, triumphant authority. "They aren't hiding in cyberspace anymore. The central server farm is located in an abandoned subterranean military bunker hidden deep in the snowy mountains."
Ruby’s jaw locked into unyielding stone. The cyber-war was officially over. The physical, bloody reckoning was about to begin. She checked the magazine of her tactical weapon, her eyes radiating pure, unadulterated fury.
