Chapter 76 - the alpine breach

Leo and Max did not contact international law enforcement. Bureaucracy would only give Caleb time to wipe his servers and vanish into the shadows once again. The Miller brothers mobilized their own elite, highly trained private extraction team.

Under the cover of a massive, blinding blizzard, they flew directly into the unforgiving, freezing mountains of eastern Europe. The subterranean military bunker was heavily fortified with automated defense turrets and reinforced steel doors.

But Max had already hacked the facility's local grid during the digital counter-attack. As the strike team approached, the heavy blast doors hissed open flawlessly, the defense systems entirely deactivated.

Leo and Max walked into the freezing concrete corridors, their breath turning to white smoke in the frigid air. They moved with absolute, terrifying silence. Caleb believed he was a god in the digital realm, but he was completely defenseless in the physical world.
