Chapter 35 - surrounding the enemy

Dante didn't stop at economic sabotage. He wanted Marcus Thorne to experience the feeling of absolute despair. The Pascale family's most elite hitman squad began the hunt, targeting his key henchmen.
The top managers of the Thorne conglomerate mysteriously "disappeared" one by one, or voluntarily turned over all illegal evidence to the FBI after gentle late-night "visits".
Marcus Thorne was backed into a corner. Major shareholders of the conglomerate simultaneously pulled their capital; the stock market turned its back. From a tycoon who could summon the wind and rain, he was now just a man running from prison and death sentences.
He decided to take one last desperate gamble. He gathered his last mercenary group, planning to break into the Pascale estate to kidnap Elena, hoping to force Dante and Ivy to stop all attacks.
