Chapter 76 - the penthouse confrontation

The heavy steel elevator doors hissed open into Darius's incredibly opulent, marble-floored penthouse.

The arrogant arms dealer was frantically shouting into a dead satellite phone, slowly realizing that his entire invincible island fortress had been systematically dismantled in less than twenty minutes.

He spun around, dropping the useless phone in sheer, unadulterated terror as Alexander Junior stepped out of the elevator.

The young medical chairman didn't look like a philanthropist; he looked exactly like a grim reaper, holding a customized tactical handgun aimed perfectly at Darius’s chest.

"You stole from my family," Alexander Junior stated, his voice echoing with cold, lethal authority across the massive room. "You stole medicine meant for dying children."

Darius backed away, his wild arrogance completely evaporating into pathetic fear. He reached desperately for a gold-plated pistol sitting on his massive oak desk.

Alexander Junior fired a single, millimeter-precise shot. The bullet shattered the expensive crystal decanter right next to Darius’s hand, sending a shower of sharp glass and expensive whiskey completely across the desk.

Darius froze instantly, his hands trembling violently in the air.
