"Bring him to the dining room!" Michael Jr. ordered, his voice shifting from a terrified son to an absolute, commanding medical authority.
Marcus Jr. hoisted the fading patriarch onto his broad shoulders, carrying him into the grand dining hall and laying him flat on the massive oak table. Chloe, having monitored the secure cameras, emerged from the vault carrying a fully stocked emergency trauma kit.
Michael Jr. ripped open the medical bag, pulling out a sterilized scalpel and a plastic chest tube. He didn't have an operating theater, anesthesia, or a surgical team. He only had his brilliant intellect and an unyielding, desperate love for his father.

Without a single second of hesitation, Michael Jr. made a precise, surgical incision directly between his father's ribs. Noah let out a choked gasp of agony, his body thrashing violently against the table as the chest tube was forcefully inserted.
