The Obsidian Circle's board of corrupt billionaires sat in their secure, luxurious command center in Zurich, waiting for the news of the Boston outbreak. Instead, their massive digital screens flickered and displayed a live video feed of Noah Carter.

Noah was sitting in his pristine Boston office, radiating absolute, terrifying authority.

"Your chemical weapons have been neutralized and seized," Noah stated coldly, his voice echoing in the Zurich boardroom. "Your mercenaries are currently singing to Interpol. You tried to poison millions of innocent people for profit."

The lead billionaire sneered at the screen. "You can't touch us, Carter. We are insulated by billions of dollars and international borders."

"My father taught me that no one is truly insulated," Noah replied, a deadly smirk touching his lips. "Check your primary offshore accounts."
